1. How can I believe you?

You send photos to me for editing first, pay after when you receive the photos back

2. How can I pay you?

You able pay me via Paypal or my bank account

3. Do you offer volume discounts?

Sorry, there are no volume discounts available. We edit each photo manually, DO NOT use Presets for mass editing.

4. How to send photos to you?

You able send it to me via Dropbox, Drive, Wetransfer or any other link. Please give me access if applicable

5. How long is the turnaround time?

From 12h to 18h when I receive your files, if you need it sooner, please pay extra

6. When should I send you photos?

You should send photos to me in the afternoon or evening there, the next morning you will receive back the edited photos

7. Which image format is best?

Each camera has a different format, I can edit many formats – jpg, .png, .HEIC, TIF, and RAW. My editing technique works best in Raw format.

8. How many exposures do you want?

I can edit 1 or more exposures, depending on the photographer’s preference. If you want Window Pull then 5 exposures in Raw format is best

9. Do you provide invoices?

Yes, I do offer invoices via Paypal or my business invoice if you prefer

10. What if I want to change something?

Even if you have paid, I will still make modifications when requested by you or the landlord/broker
